Christudas M – Director

Christudas joined Merchant Navy in 1991. After sailing 25 years on board offshore vessels such as AHTS/PSV/MPSV, serving on various positions. He has good working experience with offshore companies such as Feronia International Shipping, Seacor Marine, Bourbon Offshore, Jaya Offshore and Bumi Armada, then  retired to business as Marine and DP Consultant as he had been engaged in various offshore operations on DP and Non DP Vessels. He had been working as DPO and SDPO since 2009. He is the founder and Managing Director of Phoenix Offshore and Maritime Services. He is also a member of Nautical Institute.

Ms. Christy (MA LIT) – General Manager

Ms. Christy is highly professional with good Management Skills. She had done Post Graduate in Literature from University of Kerala; she had been in UK and Australia working in various positions and at the same time she had been learning her management skills. She has vast knowledge about shipping industry and understands the procedures of crew management. She works for the welfare of the seafarers and fixing them in the right position at right time.

Capt. RAJESH KUMAR – Manager Operations

Capt. Rajesh Kumar having 20 years of Sea going Experience in various types of vessels. He worked in different ranks starting as Radio officer with Sea Arc in Indian Coast and worked as Berthing Master in Mesaieed Port, Qatar. Last 15 years, he worked in Qatar Shipping Company under Qatar Petroleum charter on board offshore vessels. Well experienced in Rig Moves, Anchor Handling and Tanker Lifting operations in Qatar Petroleum Fields

Capt. George Augustine – Consulting Master

Capt. George Augustin Served as MASTER on 14 Reefer Vessels, 5 Bulk Carriers, 6 OSV, 10 Cellular Container Vessels, 1 Survey Support Vessel and 1 Trailer Suction Dredger. He is a very good asset to POMS as a consulting Master when and as required. His support to our company is much appreciated.

Ravisankar R Pillai – Crewing Officer

Ravisankar, Our Crewing Officer with 6 years of offshore vessel experience has provided him great insight. He has worked on different types of vessels in offshore and also on-board survey vessels and been part of many maritime operations during his services. His enthusiasm and knowledge of sourcing in shipping industry has been an added advantage and an inspiration to our team to source the right candidates as per requirement of clients.

Santhosh Cleetus – Business Development Officer

Santhosh Cleetus, with 3 years of offshore and coastal vessel experience has provided him great knowledge of offshore vessels and crew on board different operations. He has worked on different types of vessels starting from harbour tugs and coastal vessels, then to DP2 PSV and been part of many operations. His interest of contacting international clients is an added advantage to our business outreach to global clients.

Anoop – WebMaster

Anoop is our web master. He is well experienced as Technical Support Engineer with demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Technical Support, DevOps, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office, Web Design, Web Hosting and Cloud Computing. Strong information technology professional with a RHCE. He is an integral part of many international IT Projects. His services for our firm enable us to make use of the Information Technology for manning and advertising needs.

Wilfred Anikulas – Marine Cordinator

Wilfred Anikulas had been working in the middle east in Oil & Gas projects and joined our company as Marine Cordinator to cordinate our marine projects associated with Adani Vizhinjam Port and vessels working in connection with Port Development.
He is in charge of cordinating day to day activties of the projects, reporting to the management, preparing the project reports and attending client meetings for negotiations
